Halloween (2018) is the sequel to the original that fans have been waiting on for forty years. It’s grity, aggressive, and just flat out awesome. It’s rare in the horror genre to get a good story and action in a horror movie, and this falls into it. The ending is a classic horror trope and is truly a satisfying good time. This is the best reimagining of Michael Meyers in a long run of movies, and after many years he’s back to being truly terrifying.
